On 15 September, the aircraft 105 commanded by Captain Daza, moved from Neiva to Potosí taking a doctor as a passenger, and Captain Diaz as an observer. The aircraft returned to its home base after leaving the doctor in Caucayá, on the first flight of a Wild X equipped with floats to the area of operations. On 16 September, Lt. Santa Maria, aboard the Wild 108, took off from Madrid and followed the Neiva-Potosi-Neiva itinerary.
